Completeness

Completeness describes whether a record has enough useful information for a workflow. For SnS, this often means checking place, spatial, asset, contact, or project context.

Examples

  • A place may need a name, address or coordinates, and enough region context to appear on a map.
  • An asset may need a type, file role, place relationship, and version context.
  • A request may need a place, contact, description, and status before becoming a project.

Future Direction

Future completeness scoring should document concrete required fields, optional enrichments, score thresholds, and review states once those rules are implemented.
